I can't think of a customer service experience better than the one I just had at Home Hardware. I needed help replacing a knob with a lever on my exterior door. Not only was I given good, cost saving advice, but the generous person that helped me gave me a lever for a quick solution. I will definitely be back as soon as I need to replace the outside handle as well. Thank you all, I didn't think service like this still existed today!

I don’t review many businesses but this place is outstanding. I searched who sold a particular type of door handle and Home Hardware came up with a 5 star Google review rating. Several of the reviews mentioned how great Dallas was to work with. I spoke with Dallas earlier in the week about needing to replace some 11 year old door knobs. Dallas told me my existing knobs may be able to be repaired, just bring them in. Today I met Jordan on a Saturday. He repaired all 4 of my broken door knobs and to my surprise, it was no charge. I tried to pay but Jordan said they had the parts. Who would’ve thought, in a world where the usual resolution is to toss it out & buy another? Jordan said he’d been doing this for 13 years, it was obvious. What a cool place right here in South Tulsa. Really appreciate Home Hardware. Thanks guys!

Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but the customer service at Home Hardware is amazing!! They spent several hours with me helping me choose hardware for multiple applications for my remodeling project. They suggested hardware that would work best for my project and did not push certain lines or price points. My order was correct the first time, and they were great about communicating the order status. I cannot say enough good things about their hardware expertise and their outstanding customer service. I very highly recommend Home Hardware!!

Very knowledgeable staff person who informed me that my hard to find cabinet hinge was the 1st generation of adjustable hinges. Excellent customer service and a very well displayed shop of home hardware.

Josh provided stellar customer service throughout our home building process. He provided top-notch help as we navigated the somewhat overwhelming process of making selections for an entire home. I love both the look and functionality of everything we picked. I appreciate Josh's attention to detail and above-and-beyond follow-up help years after our initial purchases. Every staff member I've encountered at Home Hardware has been very helpful. I searched high and low for a modern front door handle set but no one had the discontinued style I wanted. I called more than a dozen shops. When I called JWI Supply, Dallas picked up the phone and offered a solution I hadn't even considered. He told me to try and locate a 'dummy set' and he'll make it work. Dallas is such a professional and went out of his way to help me. I located a dummy set, had it shipped to him directly and it only took only a day or two to set it up for me. I received it quickly and it's now installed and is beautiful. I am so happy and would highly recommend JWI Supply, especially if you can work with Dallas! Thank you!!!

I cannot brag enough on our experience at the Home Hardware store. Kregg took such great care of us. I love the way he helped narrow down the selections, because they have more selection than I’ve ever seen. And he was also really good to tell us when we could save money with a different quality product and let us make the decision between the two options. Anyone near the Tulsa area who is building or remodeling should go to the Home Store for their cabinetry hardware. Between Kregg’s help and the vast number of choices (both mainstream and unique), it was one of our best experiences in the rebuilding process

My Weslock entry door lockset was worn out after 40+ years of daily use. I contacted Home Hardware USA, and Dallas was able to walk me through the issues, explaining that the modern 1500 series is a drop-in replacement for my semi-antique 1400 lockset. I appreciate his knowledgeable advice. Great customer service!
